General procedure for creating a parametric frame

  1. Select the Frame Builder tool. The Parametric Frame Builder dialog opens.
  2. (Optional) Load a Settings file.
  3. (Optional) Adjust the frame’s settings.
  4. Create the frame.
  5. (Optional) Modify the frame description.
  6. (Optional) Save the frame description.
  7. (Optional) Save the frame as a cell.
  8. Place the frame.
